I always like to give a little back to you guys that support me on here. Today I want to issue you all a massive THANK YOU if you were one of the deviants that ordered my colouring book www.amazon.com/The-Mandala-Col… .. I received a royalties statement today which I am over the moon about. Not only can it enable me to purchase my much, much wanted Wacom Cintiq graphics tablet.. but there will also be a lot left over to put towards my wedding.. and provide the kids a very happy Christmas! I have been feeling quite low recently.. what with looking after my father who is now in late stages of Alzheimers, and trying to recover from a lower back strain which has left me feeling temporary paralysed from the waist down.

The royalty statement has come just at the right time. As a way of saying thanks I am going to be somewhat prolific in the amount of work that I submit here over the next coming days. I mean, what else is there to do when you can't move!?

wow, that's super good news!  And the statement, as well as posting more of your works! :D
Alzheimers is one of the worst, mean, diseases one can be inflicted with.  My mother in law has dementia.  It's nasty how it robs you of your life. And of those you love. Bless you for taking care of him.
The only thing backaches are good for (and I know, I'm a back patient) is either producing more artworks, or.. getting a necessary break from it, so we can come back with a vengeance after. Either way.. looking forward to seeing more great mandalas! :w00t:

Incidentally, since you're using the Copic fineliners, I thought to give them a try.  I don't like them much, at all.  When I try to erase my pencil marks, the ink loses all their shine.  Plus my erasers gets black.  Plus I found the little hairplucks with the ink tend to shift a little, making the lines uneven.  Maybe I'm putting my lines down too quick and maybe I shuold slow down.  However, I think I'm going back to my Pitt Artist pens and micron pens. I liked those.  Once the ink is down, that's it. (though a little of the shine always goes with the eraser).  But it was worth a try!

Anywayyyy.. when's the WEDDING!!?? :w00t:  :iconveryexcitedplz:  :icongrin--plz:
