Steadtler fineliners 56cm on 60cm square bristol board

Designed for colouring.. hence the lack of black/contrast.

I've made a start already in Photoshop.. should be ready soon.. I didn't realize just how long it was going to take! The drawing itself took many, many hours..

I've been out of the loop recently.. I haven't been feeling that great.. on top of that my father was recently diagnosed with Alzheimers. So, I haven't felt like drawing and took some time out :( ..

Anyway, I'm back now.. a few more drawings on the go to :) I haven't been on DA for a while.. so definitely some catching up to do.

Sorry if you've msg'd me these last few weeks.. I will get back to you soon :)

You deserve the DD for this magnificent work of such great detail. I really like this piece it looks so good with out colour, but I will still give it a try, I do not think I could improve this work but it will not stop me.

awesome mandala Jim, looks wonderful. I've been putting mine up as black and white's too, waiting to get the guts to put color to them. I'd love to see this one in color someday! Hope you and your Dad are feeling better soon.

no problem. I coloured it in photoshop.. stroke by stroke.. took almost as long as the actual drawing :)
